Step 1

You need to nominate an individual to be the Company Representative to apply for this Master Licence

Make Sure

You haven’t been refused a licence before
You or the company haven’t been charged with criminal related activity
Your company hasn’t been in Administration or subject to a winding up order

Step 2

The Company Representative will need to bring:

State Issued Driver’s License (of nominated Company Representative)
Other Proof of ID
1. Australian Birth Certificate
2. Australian Passport
3. Australian Citizenship Certificate
4. Visa
5. Overseas Passport
6. ImmiCard
ABN/ACN (ABNs issued to a Trust cannot be accepted).
Details of Close Associates (partners with financial interest in the company)
Proof Of Name Change (if you have ever changed your name)
Visa (if this is required by law)
