Step 1
You need to nominate an individual to be the Company Representative to apply for this Master Licence
Make Sure
- You haven’t been refused a licence before
- You or the company haven’t been charged with criminal related activity
- Your company hasn’t been in Administration or subject to a winding up order

Step 2
The Company Representative will need to bring:
- State Issued Driver’s License (of nominated Company Representative)
- Other Proof of ID
- Australian Birth Certificate
- Australian Passport
- Australian Citizenship Certificate
- Visa
- Overseas Passport
- ImmiCard
- ABN/ACN (ABNs issued to a Trust cannot be accepted).
- Details of Close Associates (partners with financial interest in the company)
- Proof Of Name Change (if you have ever changed your name)
- Visa (if this is required by law)
